DFN0606 small-signal MOSFETs for mobile and wearables

Nexperia introduces DFN0606 MOSFETs, an ideal replacement solution for space critical applications. With a footprint of 0.6 x 0.6 mm, the device uses 36% less space than the commonly used DFN1006, making it the ideal choice in next generation portable and wearable devices, such as smartphones, smart watches, fitness trackers and mobile accessories. DFN0606 also brings market leading low RDS(on) (260 mΩ) as well as high volume production with scalable capacity.
