Our AEC-Q101 qualified BISS load switches combine an energy saving low VCEsat transistor with a RET in one, small SMD package. Offering the market's highest current-per-footprint ratings, they are ideal for switching positive supply rails or ground-referenced loads.

  • Space saving solution that simplifies circuit design, reducing component count from four to one
  • VCEO from 15 V to 60 V, with four resistor values available
  • Fewer solder points for increased reliability

    • IC: 1.5 A at 60 V
  • Reduces pick-and-place costs
  • Low collector-emitter saturation voltage
  • Low threshold voltage (<1 V) compared to MOSFET
