AXP logic family

Applications

AXP logic provides a speed upgrade to our 1.8 V AUP logic family, however unlike previous high speed solutions (AUC, ULP & ULP-A) it does so without increasing dynamic power dissipation. Fully specified from 0.75 V to 2.75 V, AXP logic supports the trend to the lower 1.2 V and 0.8 V voltage nodes.

AXP products are available in innovative leadless XSON packages for PCB space saving and are fully specified from -40 °C to 85 °C.
