Transient Voltage Suppressor
Transient voltage suppressor in a DFN1610-2 (SOD1610-1) ultra small and leadless Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package designed to protect one line against high surge currents and other transients.

Unidirectional protection of one line
Reverse standoff voltage: VRWM = 28 V
Surge robustness: IPPM = 30 A (8/20 µs)
Ultra low clamping voltage VCL = 36.2 V typ. at 10 A; VCL = 45.5 V typ. at 30 A
