  • Designing for Zero Defects: We ensure every product is designed with zero defects in mind, focusing on quality during the design of die circuits, fabrication processes, and assembly construction. Our expertise guides us to achieve zero defects.
  • Rigorous Change Management: We apply change management protocols, following JEDEC J-STD-046 and ZVEI PCN guidance. Product changes are communicated via our electronic Change Notification system, ensuring seamless acceptance. Safe Launches prevent incidents during volume ramp-up.
  • Effective Complaint Handling: If a complaint arises, we use the global 8D approach for structured problem-solving. Lessons learned are shared across the company to prevent recurrence.

  • Implementing Management Model: We deploy one business management model to apply quality standards efficiently and uniformly. All locations are certified to IATF 16949 and corporate functions to ISO 9001.
  • Aligning with Customer Requirements: We understand customer requirements at both product and system levels, ensuring these are deployed as agreed.
  • Auditing Manufacturing Locations: We regularly audit both internal and external manufacturing locations, for automotive supply to meet the VDA 6.3 standard.
  • Managing Suppliers: We work closely with our suppliers to support them meet Nexperia’s quality expectations.
  • Developing Robust Products: We use advanced project quality planning to develop products that meet market requirements and warrant compliance with AEC Q100 for ICs, AEC Q101 for discretes, and AEC Q106 for copper wire.
