Low capacitance unidirectional quadruple ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode array in an ultra small flat lead SOT665 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to protect up to four signal lines from the damage caused by ESD and other transients.

Low clamping voltage: VCL = 13 V
Ultra low leakage current: IRM = 5 nA
ESD protection up to 20 kV
